Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are extremely important to me and reserved especially for you! I understand that life gets in the way and schedule changes are necessary. Therefore, I respectfully ask that all appointments are given at least 24 hours’ notice to be rescheduled or cancelled.
I enforce a cancellation fee of 50% for late cancellations.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, or more than 5 minutes late to an appointment 30 minutes or shorter it will be deemed a no show and I will charge according to the cancellation fee.
